Returns & Refunds Policy

At BLUUR LABEL, we want you to love your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before ordering.

Your Legal Right to Cancel (UK & EU Customers)

If you are a customer in the UK or EU, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason, and receive a full refund to your original payment method.

  • To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of your cancellation notice.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the goods back.

Our Store Policy (applies outside statutory rights)

Outside of your legal cancellation rights, our returns policy is as follows:

  • Returns Window: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Tags: All original tags must be attached and unbroken. If tags are removed, broken, or damaged, the return will not be accepted.

  • Store Credit Only: For returns due to wrong size, change of mind, or unwanted items, we issue store credit only in the form of a digital gift card. Store credit never expires and can be used toward any future purchase.

  • Faulty or Not as Described: If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund to your original payment method. Please notify us within 14 days of delivery.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change size or style, please return your item (meeting the above requirements) and use your store credit or refund to place a new order.

How to Return

  1. Email BLUURLABEL@OUTLOOK.COM with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide return instructions and the return address.

  3. Once received and inspected, we will issue your refund (where legally required) or store credit within 7 BUISNESS DAYS.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty).

  • Items returned without intact tags.

  • Items returned after the 14-day return period.
