Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer the following delivery options:

• UK Express Delivery: 1–2 business days

• Europe: 5–7 business days

• International (Rest of World): 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier delays, customs clearance, or busy seasonal periods.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.

• Free UK shipping on orders over £[X] (optional – set your own threshold).

Order Tracking

When your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (if applicable).

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied by their country. These charges are not included in our prices.

Undeliverable or Lost Parcels

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, the cost of reshipping will be the customer’s responsibility.
Bluur Label is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once marked as delivered. If your order is delayed or missing, please contact the courier directly using your tracking number.

Returns Shipping

If you wish to return an item, please see our Returns & Refunds Policy. Unless the item is faulty, customers are responsible for covering return postage costs.
